Description
IronGrip is a lasso-style lifting strap: one loop cinches at the wrist, the remaining tail wraps the bar as many times as you need. It's the most versatile strap design there is — it works on a barbell, a dumbbell handle, a pull-up bar, a lat pulldown attachment, and a loaded axle.
Who it's for. Anyone whose pulling numbers are capped by their hands instead of their back. If your last two reps of a heavy row are spent fighting the bar rather than squeezing your lats, this is the fix.
How to use them well. Warm-ups and your first working sets go bare-handed — that's where raw grip gets built and where you get an honest read on it. Strap in once your grip starts failing before the target muscle does, and for your high-volume back-off work. Used that way you build grip and back at the same time. Used on every set from the first warm-up, you'll leave grip undertrained.
Six colorways. One pair. Fits either hand, no sizing chart.
Specs
- 23.6" OF WRAP — 5 INCHES LONGER THAN STANDARD. Most straps stop at 18". Ours give you enough tail to wrap a thick bar three full times and lock in. More wraps, less slip, no re-cinching mid-set.
- NEOPRENE WRIST PADDING. A 5.1" cushioned panel spreads load across the wrist instead of letting webbing bite into bone. Comfortable on rep 12 of your back-off set, not just your opener.
- 1.5" HEAVY-DUTY WEBBING. Wide enough to distribute pressure, thin enough to cinch tight. Reinforced stitching at every stress point.
- BUILT FOR EVERY PULL. Deadlifts, rack pulls, shrugs, barbell rows, lat pulldowns, dumbbell rows, pull-ups. One pair, every pulling movement.
- ON AND OFF IN SECONDS. No hooks, no hardware, no tangle. Thread, twist, pull tight. Off just as fast.
- ONE SIZE, EITHER HAND. Fits men and women, ambidextrous, no sizing chart required.

Solves this
Grip is the first link in every pull, and it's the one that snaps. Your fingers open at rep seven. Your lats had four more in them. Chalk buys you one set back; a sweaty palm takes it away again.
23.6 inches of 1.5" webbing — five inches more than the standard strap — wraps a thick bar three full times and cinches into a padded wrist cuff. Load shifts off your fingers and onto the wrist, where the joint can actually carry it.
Sets end when the muscle you came to train gives out, not when your hands do. More reps, more load, more honest volume on every pull.
