Shipping policy
At ForgeHeavy, we want your gear to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. During sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once processed, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 5–14 business days after order placement
- International: 7–14 business days after order placement
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all US orders; international orders ship free over $99.
- Orders under $99 are charged shipping calculated at checkout.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after you receive it.
International Orders & Customs
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@forgeheavy.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
