Description
Billet is a telescopic roller: a polycarbonate core that extends and locks at the length you want, wrapped in ridged TPE.
Why not foam. Most rollers are EVA foam, which is cheap, comfortable and slowly turns into a flattened oval. TPE holds its shape indefinitely and wipes clean. The trade-off is honest: TPE is firmer than foam. If you've never rolled before, start with short passes and light pressure — this is not a beginner's soft roller.

- EXTENDS 5.2" TO 13.8". Locked short for calves and quads, locked long for hamstrings and a full thoracic roll. Same working length as the 13" rollers physios keep in the clinic.
- 5.4" DIAMETER. Full-size rolling surface — enough arc to support your spine, not a travel-size compromise.
- TPE TEXTURED SURFACE, NOT FOAM. Raised ridges concentrate pressure into narrow bands so you can work one tight spot instead of pressing on everything around it. TPE doesn't flatten, crumble or absorb sweat the way EVA foam does after a few months.
- PC AND ABS TELESCOPIC CORE. Polycarbonate inner tube carries the load; ABS end caps take the impact of being thrown in a bag.
- POM LOCKING MECHANISM. Acetal — the self-lubricating engineering plastic used in gears and slides. It holds position under load and keeps sliding smooth after thousands of cycles.
